Being more engaged with the state of our health permits greater engagement with work and other commitments. It may take a concerted effort initially to check-in with our health and wellbeing, but with dividends that include greater balance, better health, quality sleep, less emotional drain and improved focus on all things that matter at home and in the workplace, a proactive approach is required to manage these factors, before they control what we can (or can't) achieve.

Businesses that introduce policies and initiatives that support their people in addressing these factors demonstrate an uplift in engagement and in productivity.  Whether the focus is on nutrition, managing your tech, exercise or life balance, competitive advantage for talent, and for clients may be derived from putting your people at the centre of your strategy.
