With the New Year bells distantly chiming and the proliferation of 'new year, new you' messages, it's important to take time and acknowledge that some things cannot, or don't need to be 'fixed' with resolutions or low-rate intro gym enticements.  

The dialogue around mental health and wellbeing needs to step up a gear as the pressures of the festive season, back to work and/or 24 hour demands from technology are increasingly apparent. 

Working with firms as part of the Managing Partners' Forum awards, we've seen some fantastic initiatives and leadership from firms that actively support their people with mental health matters.
